Objectives

The Student
- is able to apply the methods of dialogue and collaborative management in leadership;
- is able to use the coaching and empowering management methods in leadership;
- is able to apply the methods of competence leadership/management skills;
- is able to apply the main regulations of the labour act in human resource management;
- recognises and is able to assess his/her own capacities and development needs in leadership.

- is able to apply the rules and procedures of the labour act and conduct.

- is able to apply, critically and ethically, the principles of dialogue and cooperative leadership, coaching and empowerment leadership and competence management;
- is able to implement the regulations and procedures with detailed explanations of the rules of the labour act and conduct.
