Objectives
The student knows the various aspects of project management: schedules, cost management, security, quality, and project information management.
The student is familiar with modern scheduling formats and their computer applications.
The student is able to create a project schedule.
The student knows the principles of project planning and organization according to the project management system in use.
The student is able to calculate change and additional work as part of project change management.
Content
Various scheduling technologies and software as well as scheduling monitoring and control, costing methods at different stages of the project and cost monitoring, construction project quality and safety management, and project data banks and project communication. Principles of LEAN and synchronous production.
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2)
The handling of the student's assignment is superficial and incomplete. Different aspects have not been comprehensively considered. The presentation is fragmented. The student is able to describe the key parts of project management.
Student participation and activity in collaborative parts is low.
Assessment criteria, good (3-4)
The processing of the student's assignment is quite comprehensive and there are no factual errors.
The presentation is illustrative.
The student is able to draw up an applicable and clear schedule. He masters extensive areas of project management expertise.
The student is active and cooperative.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
The student's assignment is comprehensive and in-depth and presents and applies different perspectives. The performance is commendable and provocative.
The student masters all aspects of project management and demonstrates that they apply them fluently.
Competence is smooth and extensive.
The student acts on his / her own initiative, actively and by promoting co-operation.
