Objectives

In the course, the students will familiarize themselves with the management, agreement, and business utilisation of intellectual property rights.

After completing the course, the student:
- can identify and consider the specific legal issues of the experience business
- knows the principles of subcontracting, cooperation, and intellectual property rights (IPR) agreements
- can identify and evaluate the protection, licensing, and utilisation opportunities of intangible assets and intellectual property rights
- can utilize expert knowledge in the preparation phase of IPR matters
