The student has a incipient understanding of human resource management. The participant is able to list key areas of human resources but is not able to apply them to his/her own work or reflect to past work experience, or to solve challenging managerial situations.

The student has a clear understanding of human resource management. The participant is able to list key areas of human resources, to somehow apply them to their own work or past work experience, and to solve challenging managerial situations.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
The student has an excellent understanding of human resource management. The participant will be able to apply and further develop key areas of human resources, both in their own work and in solving challenging managerial situations with others. The participant is able to reflect on his / her own activities and knowledge in a versatile way and to develop his / her own actions.

Practical training and working life cooperation
The student prepares a Leadership and HRM Handbook tailored to the needs of working life as a tool for acting as a supervisor and for the benefit of one's own organization.
Further information
Please note that i the content of the course will be enriched by the interaction of the course participants. The value comes from the work experience you all bring with you to the course. At the beginning of the course, the teams agree on the rules of the game, e.g. on how to deal with possible absences. In principle, it is important that everyone can attend every "presence time".
