This program is tailored for individuals who already possess a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related area, along with at least two years of professional experience.

It delves into key aspects of international business, including Change and Project Management, Strategic Marketing, and Leadership in Professional Organizations. The curriculum is designed to enhance strategic thinking, financial planning, and management accounting capabilities. Additionally, it prioritizes the development of cross-cultural competencies.

Participants will acquire modern skills necessary for planning, managing, and implementing international business projects in demanding operational settings. The program places a strong emphasis on the practical application of contemporary theories and on employing multidisciplinary analytical techniques.

The Master's Degree in International Business Mangement is developed in cooperation with the alumni of Tampere University of Applied Sciences and supported by a supervisory board of young business professionals.

The Master's Thesis is a development project, combining theory and practice, with the aim to advice the commissioning organization on how to improve their operations. The process to prepare the thesis is supported with seminars and a course of academic writing and scientific research.
