• Define the roles and tasks of building services at various stages of a construction project.
• Describe the phases of building services contracts, parties involved, and key tasks in project management.
• Identify responsibilities related to electrical contracts.
• Perform tendering, pricing, and cost estimation for various types of building services contracts.
• Determine sufficient personnel resources based on the nature and schedule of the project.
• Develop site scheduling and procurement plans and utilize project management tools.
• Describe essential product safety considerations in procurement.
• Name and describe typical installations in an electrical contract.
• Identify inspections carried out during and at the handover phase of an electrical contract.
