Objectives

During this course you will learn Natural and Medical Sciences in Midwifery.

After this course, student
• knows the anatomy and physiology of the reproductive system
• knows the normal fetal development and its most common disorders
• knows the most common genetic factors affecting reproductive health
• know the basics of obstetric anesthesiology
• knows the normal physiology of the newborn and most common abnormalities and disorders

Prerequisites

The student must have completed the nursing studies except the Bachelor’s Thesis. The student cannot participate until Supervised clinical training 1-7 and all theoretical and clinical nursing studies are completed.

The student
