The student is able to explain the basics of haemostasis and knows the most important laboratory tests for haemostasis diagnostics and treatment. The student is able to collect, handle and preserve coagulation samples and analyse the most important coagulation tests. The student knows the operating principles of automated cell counters and automated microscopy used in haematology and can interpret the data produced by the devices under supervision. The student is able to evaluate the quality of haematological tests.

The student is able to collect, process and preserve coagulation samples and reliably analyse the most important coagulation samples.
