The student investigates the responsibilities related to building services engineering tasks in their internship.

Participation in internship guidance sessions, internship agreements and reporting, actively seeking an internship placement, and setting internship competency goals in collaboration with the workplace supervisor.
Monitoring learning through a work diary, preparing and obtaining approval for the internship report.

Assessment criteria, pass/fail
Pass (s): The student has prepared the Learning Objectives for the internship, monitors his/her own work and reports the internship in the agreed manner and according to the schedule. Reporting has been approved by the representative of the internship company.
Fail (h): The student's internship duties do not comply with the requirements of Finnish law, or the persons responsible for the work are not designated. Reporting is incomplete or does not reflect how the internship has developed the student's professional skills.
