Objectives
In the course, student gets familiar with complementary building components, their properties, and the regulations and instructions concerning them. He knows how to make choices and comparisons regarding these and draw up plans regarding them.
Student knows the principles of fire engineering design of a building and their effect in the design of complementary building parts.
After the course, student is able to prepare the construction report of the project site in the parts necessary for construction planning.

Fixed furniture.
Ceilings and stairs.
Fire engineering design.
Construction method description and construction description.
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2)
Student has difficulty grasping the basics of the subject and the application of what has been learned in exercises and learning displays is imprecise.
Student's schedule management and activity in the course is satisfactory or weak. Most of the exercises have been returned late and/or there are significant deficiencies in their quality.
Student takes responsibility for his own performance.
Assessment criteria, good (3-4)
Student understands and structures the basics of the subject well and knows how to apply what he has learned in practical exercises and learning displays appropriately.
Timetable management and general activity during the course is at a good level and the exercises have been returned according to the schedule.
Student takes responsibility and commits not only to his own activities but also to the activities of the group.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
Student understands and analyzes the things taught in the course and knows how to apply what he has learned in practical exercises and learning demonstrations in a professional manner.
Student knows how to schedule his work and the general activity in the course is good and constructive. The exercises have been returned according to the schedule and their level is professional.
Student acts responsibly and committedly, taking into account the demands and needs of the community and his own field.
