Objectives
Students learn to know the history and theory of modern architecture and the history of Finnish and Nordic architecture.
Students know the effects of architectural theories on the history and present day of architecture. After completing the course, students can read different levels of architecture and understand architecture as a whole.
Students can form their own conception of architecture and justify their architectural views. Students can apply architectural theory into practice. Students can apply the requirements of ecology and sustainable development in architectural design.
