Objectives
The student knows the basics of project management and how to prepare a project plan and final report.
On completion of the course, the student will
• Know what a project is and when it is used
• Know and understand the overall project management process
• Can organise a project team
• Be able to assess the risks of a project
• Know and be able to prepare a project plan and a final report
• Can close a project
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2)
The student participates in collective or individual tasks within his/her group. The student is aware of the link between the subject taught and real-life events in the company. The student is motivated, takes responsibility for his/her own performance, is able to work in a group and give and receive feedback. The student will demonstrate competence in the manner required by the teacher. The details of what determines the grade will be explained in the face-to-face lesson!

The student actively participates in group activities or actively performs his/her individual tasks. The student is aware of the link between what is taught and real-life events in the company. The student is motivated, takes responsibility for his/her own performance, is able to work in a group and give and receive feedback. The student will demonstrate The student will demonstrate competences as required by the teacher. Can interpret and apply the knowledge gained in the course and in the surrounding business world. The exact issues leading to the grade will be clarified in the classroom session!
