Objectives

Project Management provides knowledge of the generally accepted project management areas, such as project scope management using a work breakdown structure: project time management and program evaluation and review technique methods: and project cost management using budgeting and accounting methods.

Student applies common project management processes, methods and techniques.

As a frame of reference is used Project Management Framework known as the Project Management Body of Knowledge, or PMBOK.
