Objectives

The course focuses on career planning from the student's point of view.

After completing the course, the student will
- develop self-awareness to identify their strengths and interests to find a desirable career path.
- improve their job search skills.
- can articulate and make visible their skills.
- be able to (if they so wish) carry out long-term career planning.
- continue to develop their leadership, teamwork, or communication skills.

Content

- What are my strengths, interests and goals? How do my values guide my choices?
- How do I apply for a job effectively? How can I network purposefully?
- How do I set career goals and plan my career development?
- What skills should I develop to promote my employability?
