Objectives

The purpose of the course is to provide an understanding of well-being at work, its management and importance to the company's performance and management of employer reputation.
The course provides the skills needed to understand the importance of work community skills and to manage the employee experience.

The student:
- understands the elements affecting well-being at work
- is able to set goals for a healthy work community
- is able to plan the measures and resources to achieve the issues in question.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2)

The student recognizes the key factors related to well-being at work and employee experience and understands their significance in the work community. The student is able to name the most important responsibilities and responsibilities of the supervisor in relation to well-being at work.

Assessment criteria, good (3-4)

The student knows the areas related to the well-being at work of the organization and is able to apply and compare them in the activities of the work community. The student is able to act in a way that promotes work community skills and employee experience from the perspective of a supervisor.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student understands the responsibilities and responsibilities of the supervisor in relation to well-being at work, work community skills and employee experience and understands their significance in the management of the organization. They apply what they have learned in practical situations and are able to act responsibly in the work community and develop the issues in question.
