Objectives
The student is able to apply the skills acquired in musical theater studies and previous internships to project work. They possess innovation skills, learning abilities, and teamwork competencies, which they can apply in various work environments and roles. The course can also be completed in collaboration with external partners, if possible. Additionally, students have the option to independently secure a suitable internship position.
Content
The course is advanced in nature and primarily takes place within the college’s own productions or, where possible, in collaboration with external partners.
The course may include one or more of the following genres:
• Musical theater, musical
• Speech theater
• Dance theater
• Ensemble
• Choral singing
• Ensemble playing
• Choir
• Artistic and production tasks within the production.
Prerequisites
Triple Threat Performer/Production 2 completed successfully.
Assessment criteria, pass/fail
The student has completed the tasks defined for them on a project-specific basis and submitted the internship report.
Further information
The student writes a brief report about their internship, reflecting on the process and their learning.
100% attendance is required, and any absences must be discussed in advance with the supervisor.
