Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2)

Knowledge: The student masters the concepts of organic chemistry and occupational safety. The student is able to do organic work as well as product and quality assurance. The student does not show sufficient competence in the exam.
Action: The student returns the assignments incomplete and late. With guidance, he gets to complete tasks. Performs assigned / supervised tasks.
Being: The student does not follow the agreed schedules. The student takes responsibility for his or her own performance and is able to give and receive feedback.

Assessment criteria, good (3-4)

Knowledge: The student is able to transfer theory to his / her practical work. The student is able to do organic work as well as product and quality assurance. The results of the exams show an understanding of organic chemistry.
Completion: Student assignments and reports: returns and their content vary, but guidance achieves a good level. The student is able to choose the most appropriate procedure from different options and justify his / her choice
Being: The student is able to follow agreed schedules. The student takes responsibility for occupational safety and the performance of laboratory work

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

Knowledge: The student is actively involved in the lessons, asks / participates in discussions. The answers to the assignments are well structured and thoroughly addressed. In the exams, the student demonstrates an understanding and application of organic chemistry.

Completion: The student strives to understand the importance of the factors influencing work and is able to reflect on and develop his / her work and return written assignments / reports on time. The student is able to search for different ways of working and solutions, justify their choices and try new ways of working.

Being: The student is able to follow agreed schedules. Working in the laboratory is going well and the student is able to help other students as well. The student is able to co-operate responsibly, flexibly and constructively and develop both his / her own and the group's interaction. Students systematically use feedback as a tool for their own and their community’s professional growth.
