Failed: if required learning tasks in Moodle are not submitted as pass and you haven't studied the course materials.

Teaching methods

The course is completely self-study, so you can complete it at your own pace. The course consists of four sections, each of which contains a video lecture of about 20 minutes and related exam.

We strongly recommend completing this online course before participating in Future Board Practices course (available only in Finnish)

The course consists of self-paced online study. With the help of short videos and learning tasks, you will be guided to achieve the learning outcomes. The course is completely self-study, so you can complete it at your own pace.

Content scheduling

The course consists of four (4) sections, each of which has a subtitled video lecture of about 20 minutes. You can also find the slides of the video lecture as pdf files. You can test what you learned in the lecture in multiple-choice exam found in each section.

Further information

This course is delivered entirely online and independently in Moodle, and you can progress at your own pace, at a time that suits you. Once you have been accepted to the course, the course Moodle platform will automatically appear.

This course is done completely online and independently in Moodle, and you can complete it at your own pace, at a time that suits you. You can start the course right away on Moodle. You don’t have to wait to be accepted on the course, you can start studying when you want.

In order to get the credits, you also have to sign up officially in Pakki (TAMK Students) / Cross-Institutional Service (TAU Students). Please note that during the holiday seasons there are delays in the awarding of credits.

NOTE: Studies completed during the summer will be checked and credits will be marked latest in the end of August.

! TAU-student: Cross-Institutional Service will be closed on 31st of May – 31st of July. During that period, you can already start and do the course on Moodle.
