The course is considered complete when you demonstrate an understanding of the basics of corporate board work. You should know the duties, responsibilities, and role of the board of directors. Additionally, you should be able to describe the importance of strategic work in the context of board activities.

Teaching methods
The course is completely self-study, so you can complete it at your own pace. The course consists of four sections, each of which contains a video lecture of about 20 minutes and related exam.
We strongly recommend completing this online course before participating in Future Board Practices course (available only in Finnish)

The course consists of self-paced online study. With the help of short videos and learning tasks, you will be guided to achieve the learning outcomes. The course is completely self-study, so you can complete it at your own pace.
Content scheduling
The course consists of four (4) sections, each of which has a subtitled video lecture of about 20 minutes. You can also find the slides of the video lecture as pdf files. You can test what you learned in the lecture in multiple-choice exam found in each section.
