Osaamistavoitteet

The student will be able to:
- Apply international business theories and concepts to research project.
- Develop further understanding of important international business processes through hands-on experiences and application of theories and concepts
- Develop a global approach to identifying and analyzing world issues related to International business
- Acquire technical knowledge and proficiency through working with an International team on a current business challenge
- Improve communication and relationship skills through collaboration with an international team, including the international faculty.
- Learn to work outside of your own country/university through multi-dimensional activities

How to analyze the customer's problem and business environment?
What are the relevant theories and research methods to find solutions to the customer's problem and how to build and present the solution?
How to build and work within the international team considering the cultural factors and online working environment, time zone differences, etc.?
What are the feasible collaboration tools, methods and best practices with the customer and the project team?

Approved
The student has actively participated to the work of the project team, given their input in different phases of the project from the team building to the final report creation and pitching to the customer. The student has communicated with the team and the customer as well as the coaching team in a professional and constructive manner.

Failed
The student has participated seldom or not at all to the work of the project work. The student's communication with the team, customer or coaching team has been non-existing, random or even harmful.
