The student will be able to:
• describe the concept and basic operating principles of platform economy.
• describe the key elements of digital information security and pay attention to them in practice.
• understand the concept of digital disruption and evolution of customer needs and business models in the internet economy.
• describe the opportunities created by internet, social media and platform economy for creating new business models and developing existing ones, especially for his/her own team enterprise.
• understand the role of data in developing business operations, especially on digital platforms and social media.
• use digital communication tools for telepresence and developing shared situational awareness in the team.

The student can give examples of how internet economy has caused disruption in customer needs and business models. The student can describe how data can be used in developing business operations on a basic level. The student is able to use digital communication tools to communicate with the team and the customers.

The student shows good theoretical and practical understanding of digital information security in his/her work and is able to plan and implement information security practices for a team enterprise. The student can analyze examples of how internet economy has caused disruption in customer needs and business models and analyze the effects of internet economy for the customers’ business models. The student is able to develop business processes of a team enterprise through gathering and analyzing data. The student is able to use digital communication tools to communicate with the team and the customers and plan and implement new communication tools to support the teams communications and its shared situational awareness.

Tenttejä ei ole. Osaaminen näytetään muin tavoin, esimerkiksi toimeksiantoja suorittamalla. Valmentaja / opettaja kertoo tarkemmin kurssin edetessä.

OPSin mukaisesti; itse-, tiimi-, valmentaja/opettaja- ja mahdollisesti myös asiakasarviointi tavoitteisiin peilaten.

Proakateamialla ei juurikaan ole perinteisiä luentoja tai tenttejä. Oppimistapoja ja -tilanteita ovat esimerkiksi pajat (alustukset, dialogi, työpajatyöskentely, itsenäinen opiskelu), kirjallisuus, kirjoittaminen ja julkaiseminen, asiantuntijaluennot ja muu tiedonhankinta, projektityöskentely, seminaarit, solut ja yhteiset tapahtumat. Oppiminen kytkeytyy liiketoimintaprojekteihin.

Kirjallisuusvinkkejä saa mm. valmentajilta, opettajilta ja toisilta tiimiyrittäjiltä.
Opiskelijan ajankäyttö ja kuormitus
1 op = 27 h opiskelijat työtä. Työtunnit kirjataan HOPSiin.

Neuvoteltava valmentajan/opettajan kanssa.

Ei tenttiä. Osaaminen näytetään mm. tuntikirjanpidon, valmennuskeskustelujen ja julkisten esseiden avulla.

OPSiin kirjatun mukaisesti;
- määrällisesti työajanseuranta/tuntikirjanpito (sisäinen HOPS) seminaareista, soluista, tiimi- ja liiketoimintaa suunnittelevista palavereista ym. siihen kategoriaan kuuluvista tunneista
- lukeminen ja esseiden julkaiseminen Esseepankissa sovitusti
- itse-, tiimi- ja valmentajapalaute sekä mahdollisesti myös palaute yhteisöltä tai asiakkailta.

Opiskelumuodot ja opetusmenetelmät
Proakateamialla ei juurikaan ole perinteisiä luentoja tai tenttejä. Oppimistapoja ja -tilanteita ovat esimerkiksi pajat (alustukset, dialogi, työpajatyöskentely, itsenäinen opiskelu), kirjallisuus, kirjoittaminen ja julkaiseminen, asiantuntijaluennot ja muu tiedonhankinta, projektityöskentely, seminaarit, solut ja yhteiset tapahtumat. Oppiminen kytkeytyy liiketoimintaprojekteihin.
Yrittäjän osaamisiin liittyvät opintokokonaisuudet Johtaminen, Myynti, markkinointi, asiakkuudet ja verkostot, Yrittäjän talousosaaminen, Erikoistuva liiketoiminta ja niihin sisältyvät opintojaksot suoritetaan pääsääntöisesti seminaarien, solujen ja kirjallisuuden/esseiden avulla.

Kirjallisuus-, solu- ja seminaarivinkkejä saa mm. valmentajilta, opettajilta ja toisilta tiimiyrittäjiltä.
Opiskelijan ajankäyttö ja kuormitus
1 op = 27 h opiskelijan työtä, mikä merkitään työaikaseurantaan.
Sisällön jaksotus
Opiskelija valitsee ja suunnittelee itse, missä järjestyksessä ja mitä painottaen hän tekee Yrittäjän osaamisiin laskettavia opintoja.
Toteutuksen valinnaiset suoritustavat
Sovittava oman tiimivalmentajan kanssa.
Harjoittelu- ja työelämäyhteistyö
Seminaarit, solut ja kirjallisuus liittyvät oman liiketoiminnan kehittämiseen.
