Objectives (course unit)

The student
- is able to identify the specific needs of social service clients
- is able to evaluate the functionality and security of different service chains from different perspectives
- is able to get the capability to develop various customer-oriented service chains
- is able to write a professional article on the subject within his/her own specific knowledge and gets trained in presentation

- diversity of social care clients

- the writing process, logic of an article, how to start, content, and the end

The student
- is able to retrieve information related to the subject and is able to use national and international sources
- is able to apply the information he/she has collected at a descriptive level to review current practices and policies

- is able to retrieve evidence-based knowledge from both national and international sources and evaluate sources critically
- is able to do analysis and synthesis of the topic
- is able to use the knowledge he/she has acquired and is able to critically evaluate and develop existing policies

- is able to retrieve evidence-based knowledge from both national and international sources divercely and evaluate sources critically and to synthesize the data collected
- is able to do deep analysis and synthesis of the topic
