Objectives (course unit)

The student has deepened their understanding of various acting techniques and can apply them in their own work. They comprehend the dramatic arcs at the level of individual scenes and roles, and are adept at working with given texts. The student can physicalize the text material they analyze on stage and recognize their own strengths as an actor. Their ability for systematic independent work has developed.

Content (course unit)

The course includes actor-oriented exercises aimed at embodiment of acting and practice in working with texts through monologue and dialogue work. Additionally, the course covers
• advanced acting exercises
• role analysis in different genres
• application of speech techniques in various stylistic contexts and stage situations

Acting 1 has been successfully completed.

Assessment criteria, pass/fail (course unit)

Passed: The student masters and applies various acting techniques in their work at the appropriate level, highlighting the distinctive features of different styles. Their expression is reasonably versatile and personal, and they demonstrate excellent control over artistic compositions.
Rejected: The student exhibits significant deficiencies in the above-mentioned areas.
