Objectives (course unit)

The course provides the readiness to take responsibility and ethics into account in HR and superior work.

Student:
- understands the importance of responsibility in superior work and corporate risk management
- understands the role of the company in the surrounding society.

Content (course unit)

Corporate ecological, economic and social responsibility
Ethics in decision-making and management
Future of circular economy / sustainable development in management.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2) (course unit)

The student recognizes the basic concepts of responsibility and ethics and understands their importance in the work community.

Assessment criteria, good (3-4) (course unit)

The student understands the importance of taking responsibility, ethics and circular economy into account in the company as a whole and is able to act in the organization in a way that promotes the issues in question. They are able to act as part of the work community by promoting the issues in question and taking the objectives of the sub-area into account.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5) (course unit)

Students will be able to analyze and develop measures to promote ethics and responsibility in pre-personal work. They are able to design and find versatile solutions for presenting responsibility and ethics and take them into account in their own management work. Students are able to apply ethical solutions in decision-making and management in a diverse manner and promote sustainable development in decision-making.
