Objectives (course unit)
Students will learn to use service design methods. They will contact and communicate with their customers and develop their products further with them.
After completing the course the student will be able to
- develop customer-oriented product or service by using different kind of service design methods
- take into account customers’ needs
- contact customers

Course content
- How to test customers’ needs and interests?
- How to use tools for designing customer-oriented products and services?
- How to succeed in customer meetings?

Pass:
The student can apply service design methods accordingly. He/she can explain the desired outcomes of service design methods and make a plan for a service design workshop or sprint. The student can solve problems when working with service design methods. He/she can cooperate responsibly and is ready to develop his/her interaction skills.
