Opiskelija osaa muodostaa oman alansa ongelmista kehityskohteita, joita voi ratkaista systemaattisen tiedon keräyksen avulla.
Opiskelija osaa tunnistaa kehitykseen ja tiedon hankintaan sovellettavien teoreettisten näkökulmien tarkoituksen.
Opiskelija osaa tunnistaa ongelman ratkaisemiseksi soveltuvat tietolähteet, joista on saatavissa mitattua tietoa tai joista voi tehdä luotettavia havaintoja.

Stages of problem solving according to knowledge management principles

Utilizing artificial intelligence in information acquisition and analysis

The student is able to formulate questions about problems in the construction and real estate sector, based on which information can be sought.
The student identifies and can name the key information acquisition methods.
The student is able to identify the key information sources in the construction and real estate sector and collect information, but there may be shortcomings in the reliability of the information collected.
The student is able to assess the reliability of information on a general level.
The student is able to use simple statistical methods, such as averages and percentages, and is able to draw simple conclusions from the information collected, but the analysis may be superficial.

The student is able to formulate research questions about problems in the construction and real estate industry.
The student knows the most important methods of acquiring information and can apply them to problems in the field.
The student is able to assess the reliability of information from different perspectives.
The student is able to store and process statistical information.
The student is able to draw conclusions based on the analysis of information.

The student is able to independently formulate a problem in the field in a form that can be solved through research.
The student is very familiar with different methods of acquiring information and is able to apply them in a variety of ways to problems in the field.
The student has experience in acquiring and analyzing information.
The student is able to assess the reliability of information in depth, identifying inconsistencies and presenting criticism of information sources.
The student is able to organize the storage of information logically and use the stored information effectively.
The student understands how conclusions can be drawn from information. He is able to present clear and justified recommendations for action based on the analyzed information.
