Student will be able to
- plan, implement and report a practical working life project.
- work in interaction with the client and the project team
- apply and deepen their professional HR and foreperson expertise in practical projects.

How is professional HR/supervisory work skills applied in practical projects?
What current development needs do companies have in relation to HR and supervisory work?

Assessment criteria, pass/fail

Pass
The student is able to plan, implement and report working life projects together with the project team. The student demonstrates professional skills related to HR and/or supervisory work through practical projects.

Fail
There are gaps in the planning, implementation or reporting of the project. Professional competence is not reflected in the output of the project.
