The course familiarizes students with the key concepts, operating methods and methods of project management, as well as the role and tasks of the project manager. The goal of the course is for students to know the basic concepts and practices of project management and to be able to apply the most important methods in practice. They also understand what kind of demands the projects place especially on the role and tasks of the project manager.
Lectures, group work and independent study are used as teaching methods.
