Objectives (course unit)

The student knows how to search for relevant, evidence-based and up-to-date information from both national and international literature and scientific publications.
The student can independently build knowledge based on literature and international articles before face-to-face teaching.

The student develops a financial toolkit suitable for her/his activities, with which she/he can manage and develop company activies profitably. The student develops economic thinking skills and understands economic information. The student learns how to use cash flow monitoring in business operations.

After the course, the student can apply theoretical studies to the structure and development of business.

Content (course unit)

• Using the income statement and balance sheet in managing the company
• Profitable business development with the help of cash flow calculations
• Using the budgeting tool as an aid to business planning and management

• use the financial management techniques and concepts necessary for the development of their company's operations
• manages and develops his own company profitably with the help of financial guidance
• develops cash flow monitoring tools in his company.
• identify relevant financial information and analyze it in the management development of their company.
