Supervised Clinical Training: Working in a Project 2 Public Health Nursing (2 cr)

Objectives (course unit)

The student:
- is able to work according to the general principles of project work
- is able to participate as a member of the group in development and innovation processes
- knows the principles of cost-awareness in their own area of work and works economically
- is able to plan, implement and evaluate the project actions in cooperation with working life
- understands and follows the idea of internal entrepreneurship

Content (course unit)

- long-term group guidance 2 credits and other project work 1 credits
- working in the ‘Fiilis-centre’ or in his/her individual field
- reporting actions and working hours

Pass
The student
- operates in accordance with the general principles of the project, development and innovation
- acts cost-effectively and economically in accordance with the principles of sustainable development
- is able to plan, implement and evaluate the project in cooperation with working life
- understands and follows the idea of internal entrepreneurship

Fail
The student
- does not know the general principles of the project, development and innovation
- does not operate economically in a cost-aware way and in accordance with the principles of sustainable development
- is unable to plan, implement and evaluate the project in cooperation with working life
- does not understand and does not follow the idea of internal entrepreneurship

Pitkäkestoisen vertaistukiryhmän ohjaaminen parin kanssa terveydenhoitotyön ammattiopintojen vaiheessa.

Learning materials

Aikuisten terveydenhoitajatyön opintojaksolla osoitettu ryhmänohjaukseen liittyvä materiaali.

Student workload

Kokonaistuntimäärä 2op x 27 h =54h, johon sisältyy osallistuminen orientaatioon, ryhmänohjauksen suunnittelu ja toteutus yhdessä parin kanssa sekä loppuraportin kirjoitus.

Hylätty:
Opiskelija ei suunnittele eikä toteuta pitkäkestoista ryhmänohjausta.
Opiskeija ei palauta kirjallista ryhmänohjaussuunnitelmaa ja loppuraporttia ryhmänohjauksen toteutumisesta.
Hyväksytty:
Opiskelija suunnittelee ja toteuttaa pitkäkestoisen ryhmänohjauksen itsejärjestämälleen kohderyhmälle.
Opiskelija palauttaa kirjallisen ryhmänohjaussuunnitelman ja loppuraportin ryhmänohjauksen toteutumisesta.
