Objectives

Learning Outcomes:
- The student identifies new and cross-cutting service needs and markets
- The student is able to innovate and develop service products in a customer-oriented manner
- The student is able to segment and differentiate between different customer groups and name a potential customer, create and maintain customer relationships
- The student is able to utilize different networking situations in his / her own activities
- The student is able to analyze the industry-specific knowledge and competitive situation of his / her future company or the service he / she is developing.
- The student is able to do business planning

Content

The student takes responsibility for his / her own learning and competence goals, building a meaningful whole, for example, at the TAMK campus. On the path of innovation, the student consciously develops, evaluates and implements his or her own or his or her service. In the “Think entrepreneur” path, a student builds his or her own business.

Assessment criteria, pass/fail

Case by case assessment according to the student's HOPS plan.
