Objectives

A student
- is able to plan the development of her/his competence in accordance with the study path
- is able to develop the planned competence in work tasks in accordance with the study path
- can report / document the development of competence

Content

A plan for the development of skills acquired in working life in accordance with the student's study path. Development of competence in working life according to the plan. Competence development reporting / documentation under the guidance of the contact person of the target company.

Further information

Opiskelija voi sisällyttää tutkintoon 0-30 op suuntautumispolun mukaista työelämässä hankittua osaamista. Työelämässä hankitun osaamisen tulee tukea opintosuunnan osaamisia ja sisällön tulee olla opintosuuntaopintojen vaativuustasoa.

Tämän opintojakson työ ei voi olla harjoittelun, opinnäytetyön tai minkään muun opintojakson kanssa päällekkäistä. Myöskään opintojakson yhteydessä tehdyn työn perusteella ei voi hakea hyväksilukuja muihin opintojaksoihin.

Työelämäprojekti tulee suunnitella etukäteen ennen sen suorittamisen aloittamista.
