Objectives

After completing the course, the student
• knows how to work as an employee of a vehicle repair shop using information technology tools which are used in the automotive industry
• knows how to flexibly serve different customers
• knows how to plan the daily workshop load
• make a cost estimate for the customer.

Content

In the workplace learning period, studying takes place at the workplace. There you will learn practical customer service skills, product technology and gain experience in business operations in the automotive industry.

Assessment criteria, pass/fail

For an approved performance, the student has acquired the learning place himself, drawn up a contract for it, completed the learning tasks with approval, been at the workplace for the required period of time and returned all the necessary documents.
