Objectives

The student
- is able to work in a team and build a team to support a sales development project for a company
- is able to lead a customer project together with the team
- is able to document the phases of the project and present and analyze its results
- is able to describe their own professional development, learning, and future areas for improvement.

Content

- Company-specific development projects in multidisciplinary teams:
- How to design a successful and timely sales development project for a company?
- How to implement a successful sales development project for a company?
- How to measure the results of the project?

- Developing into a solution professional and communicating one’s own expertise
- Advanced and current briefings on the solution selling environment

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2)

The student knows the main phases of a development project. The student is able to work as part of a team in a multidisciplinary project. The student has difficulties in analyzing and justifying the decisions made. The student is able to reflect to some extent on their professional development in the field of solution selling.

Assessment criteria, good (3-4)

The student is able to identify the phases of a development project. The student can set goals and metrics for the project, solve practical challenges related to the subject area, and justify their solutions. The student is capable of working constructively in a multidisciplinary team to achieve a common goal. The student can analyze their own professional development in the field of solution selling.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student is able to apply what they have learned in the project course to practical situations. The student can set realistic and achievable goals and metrics for the project, solve practical challenges related to the subject area, and analyze the achieved results comprehensively. The student demonstrates excellent collaboration skills in a multidisciplinary team to achieve a common goal. The student is able to thoroughly analyze their own professional development in the field of solution selling.
