Objectives

The practical training familiarizes the students in a supervised manner with the practical work assignments of the field, as well as with the application and deeper profieciency of knowledge and skills in working life.

After having completed the course the students
- have learned the rules of working life
- can apply learned theory and skills in working life
- are able to use the practical methods and concepts of their study path
- are able to plan their career based on the practical training experience
- can create their networks and contacts to working life
- can collect ideas for the Bachelor’s thesis.

What does supervised practical training mean?
What are the work tasks of BBAs?
What are key concepts and methods in my study path in practise?
How to act as a member of work communities?
What are my 'development areas' as regards working life skills?

Assessment criteria, pass/fail

Approved:
The student has worked in the work assignments approved by the supervisor in accordance with the agreed number of hours, submitted the required documents to the supervisor and completed the feedback discussion about the training with the supervisor.
Fail:
One or more of the criteria for the practical training (see above) are missing.
