Evaluating one’s work and its future based on foresight reports and estimates.
Keeping track of and participating in working life discussions and making conclusions on the received signals to support counselling.
Utilising media diversely and critically in one’s work.
Being aware of the significance of foresight and ensuring that supporting the students’ future choices is the basis for counselling.
Understanding the importance of researched information and using researched information when counselling.
Evaluating the impact of development of education and counselling, as well as current issues, into one’s own work.
Having the skills to develop one’s own organization and promoting wellbeing, while taking into account the foreseen and already happening changes.
Keeping track of and participating in the discussions about counselling and education, and –using a research and development based approach – producing high-quality materials, both in content and form, for development and discussions.
