The student

Content

- main dressing and cast techniques in the emergency care unit, monitoring and guiding of the patient with a cast
- monitoring and care of an intensive care patient in a ventilator
- management, decision-making and communication in a medical resuscitation
- patient-safe multi-professional work

The student
- is able to observe, assess and support the basic vital functions of a critically ill or injured patient
- knows the dressing and cast techniques and understands the importance of patient observation and guidance
- is able to care for a patient in a ventilator
- is able to act as a manager and a member of the group in a resuscitation
- is able to work in a multidisciplinary team as a member of the group

Fail
The student puts patient safety at risk
