• How do I promote the development of self-directed learning skills for individuals or groups?
• How do I provide assessment-based and forward-guiding feedback in a learner-centered manner?
• How do I engage with and listen to diverse learners in various learning environments?
• How do I participate responsibly in activities of work community?
Assessment criteria, pass/fail
Completing the course successfully requires demonstrating competence in accordance with the competence objectives using the agreed implementation methods.
