Content

During the course, we will seek to answer the following questions:
• What kind of pedagogical skills and solutions are required for working with different individuals and groups?
• How are goal-oriented teaching or practice sessions designed for various individuals and groups?
• How can performance skills be taught, and what should be considered in coaching for performance?
• How are goal-oriented feedback discussions conducted with individuals and groups?

Assessment criteria, pass/fail

Completing the course successfully requires demonstrating competence in accordance with the competence objectives using the agreed implementation methods.
