• Can reflect on and identify strengths and areas for development in their professional interaction, and in ethical issues.
• Becomes familiar with the essential legislation governing the social and health care professions, and with principles of regulatory authority supervision.
• Is able to follow the basic principles of writing related to studies according to TAMK's reporting guidelines.

Fail: The student
• Does not act responsibly in the clinical training environment and fails to comply to the clinical training guidelines.
• Does not build competency in practicing sound teamwork principles.
• Is unable to engage in professional care interaction with clients/patients of different ages or backgrounds.
• Does not develop the ability to plan actions while considering the client's strengths.
• Cannot effectively reflect on and identify strengths and areas for development in their professional interaction or in ethical issues.
