Students
- deepen their understanding of the concept of social inclusion in a client group or operating environment
- know risk factors that weaken participation possibilities
- deepen their skills in client work methods that support resources, social inclusion and functioning ability especially in risk groups
- recognise their own personal skills and abilities in using methods with diverse client groups
- plan, implement and evaluate a project in small groups in cooperation with working life - SOS clinic activity
Course contents
- theoretical starting points of the inclusion concept in social service research
- social innovations and cooperation with partners
- planning, implementation and evaluation of own project in groups
- recording or video tape recording of a guidance situation or equivalent, self-reflection and feedback
- multidisciplinary project work
