Objective of course
Students understand the matters that affect food behaviour and know the many meanings of food. They familiarise themselves with alternative diets and are capable of assessing their nutritional quality. Students know the foreign substances and food additives of foodstuffs and can evaluate and proportion the nutritional risks.
