Objectives (course unit)

Objectives:
The student:
- is able to explain the lifespan of a project and key terminology of project work
- identifies the responsibilities and roles in a project
- can explain the significance of the project plan from the perspective of the project lifespan
- knows the importance of communication and documentation in project work
- knows the importance of project monitoring, evaluation and quality assurance as part of the project
execution
- knows the different forms of financing the project and the financial process

- project organization, project management and roles
- goals, structure and content of the project plan
- communication and documentation in project work
- project monitoring, evaluation and quality assurance

The student:
- is able to define the basic concepts of project lifespan and project work
- knows the responsibilities and roles of the project organization

- knows the importance of project monitoring, evaluation and quality assurance as part of the project
execution
- knows the different forms of financing the project and the financial process

The student:
- is able to apply the basic concepts of project into project work
- is able to structure the roles and responsibilities of the project organization
- knows the significance of the project plan from the perspective of the project lifespan

- knows the importance of project monitoring, evaluation and quality assurance as part of the project
execution
- is able to compare different types of funding of the project and processes related to funding

The student:
- is able to analyze the basic concepts of project life cycle and project work, project organization responsibilities and roles, in relation to developing professional skills
- can describe and analyze the significance of the project plan from the perspective of the project lifespan
- is able to structure and analyze the importance of communication and documentation in project work in a broader context
- is able to analyze and develop project monitoring, evaluation and quality as part of project work
- is able to compare the various forms of funding of the project and the funding processes
