- know the absorption phenomena, Beer`s law, instrumentation, use and service
-know end-point methods; reaction principles and calculation of the results
- know the common principles of stainings and can do them accorning to instructions
- know the most common point of care test methods and can do test accorning to instructions
Content
Mechanics. Thermodynamics. Wave motion and optics. Liquid physics. Electrical physics. Electrical safety. Radiation physics. Absorption phenomena, Beer`s law, instrumentation, use and service.
End-point methods; reaction principles and calculation of the results.
Basic staining methods (e.g MGG-, Gram-,Supravital- ,HE stainings)
The most common point of care tests ( Hb, Gluck etc.)
