Description

Ammatillinen erityisopettajankoulutus koostuu viidestä osaamiskokonaisuudesta: ammatillinen erityispedagoginen osaaminen, kehittämis- ja vaikuttamisosaaminen, ohjaus- ja vuorovaikutusosaaminen, verkosto-osaaminen sekä ammatillista erityisopettajuutta syventävä tai laajentava osaaminen. Jokainen osaamiskokonaisuus jakaantuu osaamisalueiksi.

Ammatillinen erityisopettajankoulutus toteutetaan osaamisperustaisesti, jolloin jokaisen ammatillisen erityisopettajaopiskelijan opinnot henkilökohtaistetaan. Muovautuvuuden periaatteen mukaisesti kaikkea ei anneta valmiina opetussuunnitelmassa, vaan opiskelija osallistuu oman opiskelunsa suunnitteluun ja osaamisensa arviointiin. Samalla selvitetään opiskelijan mahdollisuudet toimia eri verkostoissa sekä hankkia ja vahvistaa osaamistaan yhteistyössä niiden kanssa. Autenttisuuden periaatteen mukaisesti on tärkeää tutustua aitoihin ammatillisen erityisopettajan työtilanteisiin ja -ympäristöihin, harjoitella sekä soveltaa erilaisia työtapoja ja menetelmiä.

Ammatillisessa erityisopettajankoulutuksessa opiskelija osoittaa oman osaamisensa osaamisen osoittamisen suunnitelman ja aikataulun mukaisesti. Opiskelijan kanssa sovitaan tapa, jolla opetussuunnitelmassa edellytetyt osaamistavoitteet saavutetaan ja osoitetaan. Opiskelijalla voi olla erilaisia tapoja hankkia ja osoittaa edellytetty osaaminen.
