The students gain the skills needed to develop the human capital of an enterprise and how to use it in the continuous regeneration and change.
Content
Knowledge management is a management concept which emphasises the significance of human and data capital to the regeneration and competitiveness of companies and organisations. The course focuses on the trends of knowledge management, application examples and managing change.
