Objectives
The students understand the significance of changing marketing in for a company and the development of marketing thinking. They know the marketing environments of a company. The students know the factors affecting the purchasing behaviour and segmentation. They understand the efficient use of the competitive weapons of marketing from the viewpoints of customership and interest groups. The students gain an overview on customership marketing.

Development of marketing thinking, marketing environments, purchasing behaviour and segmentation, competitive weapons of marketing, basics of customership marketing.
