Objectives

The students learn the human behaviour in working life, the psychology of management and self management, personnel management, organising and social responsibility. They learn the most important contracts of the working life, such as employment laws and the service contracts, making contracts, contract and tender competition, invitations to tenders, agreements. Copyrights, licences, immaterial rights, patents, conflict situations.

Content

Organisational theories, fields of leadership: business, people, projects, knowledge and know-how. Human relations, psychology of management, motivation and change, personnel management and the grounds for the terms of employment. Employment laws and the service contracts, making contracts, contract and tender competition, invitations to tenders, agreements. Copyrights, licences, immaterial rights, patent, conflict situations.
