Objectives
Students will understand the business context and the requirements for working as a chaperone.
Upon completion of the course, the student will
• understand the business context and the role of the different areas of activity.
• knows the basics of profitable business
• knows the basic principles of business planning
• know the tasks, rights and duties of a front office employee
• is familiar with the main labour legislation from the point of view of the principal employee
• knows the main content of the collective agreement in his/her field
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2)
The student participates in the collective tasks and individual work of his/her group. The student is aware of the link between the subject taught and real-life events in the company. The student is motivated, takes responsibility for his/her own performance, is able to work in a group and give and receive feedback. The student will demonstrate competence in the manner required by the teacher. The details of what determines the grade will be explained in the face-to-face lesson!

Students actively participate in group activities and individual work. The student is aware of the link between what is taught and real-life events in the company. The student is motivated, takes responsibility for his/her own performance, is able to work in a team and give and receive feedback. The student will demonstrate competence in the manner required by the teacher. Can interpret and apply the information gathered in the course and in the surrounding business world. Further details of the issues leading to the grade will be explained in the face-to-face lesson!

The student participates with commendable intensity in the collective tasks and individual performances of his/her group. The student is aware of the link between what is taught and real-life events in the company. The student is motivated, takes responsibility for his/her own performance, is able to work in a group and gives and receives feedback and takes feedback into account. The student demonstrates an excellent understanding of the subject matter and is able to interpret and apply the knowledge gained in the course and in the business world around them. The exact issues leading to the grade will be clarified in the classroom lecture!
