Content

The Study course includes the front, rear and multi drive. Features and design: Clutch, synchronized gearbox, automatic gearbox, torque converter, packaged and planetary gears, variable transmission, drive shaft and universal joint and constant velocity joints, drive and differential gears, limited slip (viscosity) clutch, drive retarder.

The study course also includes open and closed hydraulic system.
Load-sensing systems and hydrostatic transmission system. Hydraulic pumps and motors, fluids, filtration and fault diagnosis.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2)

Students know the main components of mechanical and hydraulic power transmission. They complete all their assignments.
